• Altus Medical Center Pearland: Altus Healthcare Management Services has procured 7.5 acres of Real Estate in the Shadow Creek Ranch Development. This property is within one mile of two major hospital developments, HCA Pearland and Memorial Hermann Pearland. Preliminary plans for the property include a physician-owned professional building and several complimentary healthcare facilities, such as a Dialysis Center or Imaging Center.
